We do not provide independent financial advice. As we receive commission from lenders or
brokers, we are unable to provide impartial recommendations regarding finance products.
Our Unregulated Services
• Finance applications for limited companies or partnerships with four
or more partners are not regulated by the FCA.
• Warranty products offered by H Specialist Cars Limited are not
regulated by the FCA and are separate from the regulated finance
services we provide.
Our Fees and Charges
We do not charge customers any fees for our credit broking services, nor do we charge fees
for cancelling a regulated credit agreement arranged through us.
We receive commission from the lender we introduce you to. This commission may be a
fixed amount or a percentage of the amount borrowed. Different lenders may pay
commission at different rates; however, the amount of commission we receive does not
affect the amount you pay under your credit agreement.
Commission Disclosure
We are required to disclose the total amount of commission received from the lender. This
information will be provided to you before the point of sale, allowing you sufficient time to
consider it before proceeding.
Commission disclosure will be provided in writing, either electronically or in paper format,
depending on your preference. Your consent to proceed with the finance agreement will be
obtained before completion.

Limitations of Our Credit Broking Service
You may be able to obtain alternative finance offers by shopping around independently. As
we only consider finance products from our panel of lenders, this may limit access to deals
available elsewhere, such as directly from banks or other finance providers.
Credit Searches
All lenders will carry out a full credit search. Please note that full credit searches may leave a
footprint on your credit file, even if a credit agreement is not ultimately offered.
If the first lender approached is unable to offer finance, we may approach another suitable
lender from our panel. Before any credit agreement is signed, lenders will inform you of any
credit search they intend to carry out.
Information You Provide to Us
You must take reasonable care to ensure that all information you, or anyone acting on your
behalf, provides to us—whether verbally or in writing—is accurate and complete. Failure to
do so may result in a regulated credit agreement being withdrawn or declared void.

How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK
GDPR.
Information collected may be recorded electronically and shared with lenders and brokers
on our panel for the purpose of sourcing a suitable finance product. Your data will only be
processed in line with the authorisations you have provided.

Suitability of the Service
Lenders will assess your financial circumstances upon referral. If no suitable product is
available, a credit facility may not be offered. You may choose to seek finance from
alternative providers if you wish.

Affordability
Before entering into a credit agreement, you should ensure that you can afford repayments
for the full duration of the agreement, considering your personal circumstances.
Consequences of Late or Missed Payments
Failure to maintain repayments may result in legal action and could negatively affect your
credit rating for up to six years.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel a regulated credit agreement within 14 days of signing. After
this period, your rights may be limited and fees or charges may apply.
Cancellations must be made directly with the lender in writing.
